Alexander and Jordan
Year 1 Week 44
Alexander: My parents have guaranteed a
winter of fun by buying the whole family an unlimited pass to the community
center. They have an indoor maze, pool and water park, and we can go there
as much as we want! I have become a lot more adventurous and will climb to
the top of the four story maze all by myself.
I am also learning a lot of songs at home and daycare.
I can sing my ABCs (see my video) and Old
MacDonald. Although I miss a lot of the words, you can tell what I am
saying.
My dad made the mistake of buying me a Barney video. It
is 53 minutes long, and I can watch the whole thing without hardly moving a
muscle. My parents get a little tired of it, but they also realize that
the messages are good. Plus I am learning some really nice things. I
can say "I love you", quack like a duck (see the
video) and jump like a birdy.
Jordan: Not much different this week. I am really starting to enjoy playing with my brother. I smile when he comes near and I even laugh when he plays with me. If he gets too rough I just pull his hair.
