Alexander Week 43
October 30 - November 5, 2004

I had my Halloween party at day care on the 29th.  It was a blast. The only problem is that we had very warm weather (75 degrees!!) and my costume was a very hot bumble bee costume made for a cold day.  I was very hot and sweaty and therefore I had to whine a little bit.  It was nice to see everybody all dressed up though.
My dad had half the day off that day, so he finally got to see the car that mommy had been telling him about.  She would tell him how I would push away from her in the morning to go play with the car.  It made her sad, but I really like the car.  I had to show my dad how good of a walker I am.  I can walk very fast with my car.  After the party they went right to the store and bought me one of my own.  I love it.  You should see me in the new movies.
Halloween was kind of fun.  We did not go out trick-or-treating.  My parents did not need anymore candy, and if we went they would be the ones who would have to eat my candy.  Instead we stayed home and I dressed up in my outfit.  We handed out candy to all of the kids in the neighborhood.  There was a lot of them.
The worst part of Halloween was that my mom cut off all of my hair.  While it is true that it was getting pretty long, she did not have to cut so much of it off.  Now I look like I am going into the army (which won't be too far from the truth depending on the outcome of the election).

1. 2. 3. 1.  This is my daycare class all dressed up for Halloween (that's me crying in the background because my dad left to go take the picture).
2.  The balloons were kind of cool, especially when I bit one and a piece of it went down into my lungs - just kidding.  I swallowed it.
3.  Here is what I look like all dressed up as a bumble bee.
4. 5. 6. 4-5.  Here is the car that is giving my mom an inferiority complex.
6.  And here is MY car.
7. 8. 9. 7.  Halloween morning we went to a Belgian Waffle breakfast at the community center.
8-9.  My dad was outside raking leaves (again), so I decided to make funny faces at him.
10. 11. 12. 10.  Here is the torture device.
11.  Look at all that hair!
12.  I am looking more and more like my dad everyday.  Now neither one of us has any hair.
13. 14. 15. 13.  Here I am all dressed up for Halloween.
14.  Strutting my stuff all dressed up fancy.
15.  Why did they say that I will hate them for this when I am older?
