Alexander and Jordan

Alexander and Jordan:
We took a walk in the woods at a park near our house and counted
eight things that we saw - caterpillars, a toad, snails, a fish, a snake, a
spider, a turkey, and a squirrel. We had a great time looking for all kind
of animals and bugs. We wanted to see a bear and wolf but our daddy said
that we were too loud and scared them all away.
Later that weekend we went to the zoo to see more animals.
We went to the zoo's farm and watched a cow being milked just like daddy
remembered doing with his dad. We thought that milk came from Costco.
We then found out about the train museum. Not only did
we get to play with a whole bunch of Thomas the Train toys, we got to pretend we
were engineers of the train. We even got to ride in a real caboose for a
short trip.
