Alexander and Jordan
September 8 - 23, 2006
Alexander: My daycare has been renovated.
They bought the attached townhouse next to them, so now it is twice as big.
They have one side for the older kids and one for the little kids (like Jordan).
Upstairs is a cool music room where we can pretend we are in a band, sing and
dance. They just had a really fun open house. All of the kids got to
play downstairs while all of the grown ups had to stay upstairs and talk to each
other. It sounded pretty boring to me, but for some reason mom and dad
were excited about it.
The potty training is not going very well. I keep
forgetting to go pee in the potty. They let me wear big boy pants, but I
keep peeing in them. Plus, I hate to sit on the potty to go poop.
Jordan: Slowly mom and dad are working on the
kitchen. My dad has been very busy working at the hospital. He
leaves right after we get up and gets home after supper. They did rip up
the carpet, and now there is a cool floor that we can slip and slide on.
Honestly I am not sure why the people who lived here before we did did that.
They carpet was not very nice.
I have learned how to say cow and moo, dog and ruff and meow
but not cat. I can also do a pretty good roar like a lion. I don't
think mom and dad really wanted a little boy; they wanted a zoo.
