Alexander and Jordan
October 23 - November 5, 2006
Alexander: Libby, my speech therapist, is
so proud of me. She asked my mommy and daddy to teach me the difference
between bumpy and smooth, and they taught me how to change my bumpy talk into
smooth talk. I am doing a really good job at it. Now most of my
talking is smooth. The only time I go back to bumpy is when I am in a
hurry or get scared.
We went to the store and got a bunch of painting stuff, so I
have been making some really nice pictures. I drew a very nice pumpkin for
mommy for Halloween.
Jordan: It is amazing the number of things that I
am able to say now. It seems like on a daily basis that I am saying new
words. Unfortunately most of them are gibberish and unintelligible to
anybody but me.
We had a great haul for Halloween. Since we are the
cutest kids on the street it was pretty easy to get our neighbors to give us
candy. I think we should try this more often. If all we have to do
is say, "trick or treat", then I am going to be going out every week.
