Alexander and Jordan
May 30 - June 12, 2006
Alexander: The last two weeks I have been playing
a lot of baseball. I am getting really good at hitting the ball. My dad throws
it underhand, and I hit it about one out of every 10 times. I am usually able to
convince him to throw baseballs to me everyday. As much as we can we try to go
down to the park and watch the Little Leaguers play ball. Someday I hope to be
just like them.
We have not been doing much the last couple of weekends.
It has either been rainy or cold. We usually go out to breakfast one
morning per weekend which is always a special treat. We did go the
Remodeling Expo but that was more for mom and dad. Because Jordan and I
were so cute, we kept getting special toys and treats from the vendors. As
long as I got a balloon I did not really care.
Jordan: Although I have taken a couple of steps here and there, I would much
prefer to just crawl. I am much faster, and I am closer to the ground if I fall.
The day care has expanded. They bought the townhouse
connected to theirs and have turned the basement over there into a toddler room.
That means that Alexander and I have been over there for now. They did not
want to separate us right away. Now, they have more toddlers so Alexander
gets to move up to be with the big kids. I get to stay with the kids my
age.
